When the horse stumbles...

I caught myself just before what could have turned into a disasterous downward spiral. The last few days have involved many bottles of Champagne, Prosecco, Cava and any and all effervescent wines. Amazing food, and some well deserved and needed time away from the Rock and in the city.

Jami was sooo right; hotel fitness centers are full of crazy people like her. I was sweating out some serious booze-age in there, but kept my commitments to myself and made it happen.
