My mind still races in yoga...I can't shut it out Catie. Please assist.
Sometimes life makes you choose between 2 things which are equally appealing. Actually I guess I should say more often than not, life makes you choose between 2 things of equal appeal. Always assume and treat your life as though you made the right decision. Besides, you will never know otherwise as the variables always change.
Don't spend too much time looking in the rear view mirror; keep your eyes focused not on where you have been but where you are headed. If you spend too much time looking over your shoulder or behind, then God only knows what you could stand to run into ahead. Life is full of surprises and unfortunately, land mines. Keep your eyes on the road.
Never regret any decision. We can't change the past but we can only learn from our mistakes and pave the way for a successful next few miles.
