So on Friday, I cheated.
It all happened so suddenly, I really couldn't stop myself. And I succumbed to the fast, the cheap and the greasy. I had a cup of chili and a grilled cheese sandwich at the Rose & Crown during Trivia. On my day "off". And by day off I mean from training, not diet control. The whole week of work, unraveled with a split-second decision and lack of a backbone. The weekend workout just got shifted up a notch...
Did I mention it was delicious?

Could your complete lack of carbs have contributed to your 2nd to last place finish at trivia night?!?! And don't feel to bad about the chili... it was a cup not a bowl...
